- 2 medium lemons, juiced
- 2 small shallots, finely diced
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 tbsp Vigne Vecchie Caper Spread
- 1 cup Vigne Vecchie Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
- If needed, season with more salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over salad greens and toss until greens are covered or use as a sauce over fish or chicken.
- Bring to room temperature and shake well before using
- Store in an airtight container for about 3 days.
