- 1 cup Vigne Vecchie Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup Vigne Vecchie organic tomato and basil sauce
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 tsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- In a small food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth. Toss over salad greens or grilled vegetables.
Makes approximately two cups of dressing.
