Vigne Vecchie offers a durum wheat pasta made from 100% Italian wheat carefully selected.
This pasta is slowly dried at low temperature to preserve the flavor of wheat. This process determines the high quality of pasta and the micro texture that is very important for cooking. Cooking time 10-12 minutes.
Drain pasta some minutes earlier if you like to mix spaghetti in the sauce before serving and if you like pasta “al dente”.
Bronze-drawn pasta is rough and porous: These qualities determine how pasta is good at absorbing sauce. Durum wheat spaghetti perfectly match with fresh tomato sauce with lots of basil and apulian cacioricotta cheese or with mussels and vegetables condiments.
